Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each and scheduled twice per month, offering flexible hours and immediate start after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable in field work.
• Comfort navigating mobile apps for surveys and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to local store locations required.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS/Android) and connectivity.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform audits and follow-up visits; contribute to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
