Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. This 1099 contractor role involves acting as a key liaison between the brand and retail environments, conducting visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates available upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
