HSP Brands is seeking a Brand Activator for on-site tasting events in California. You will engage shoppers, share brand stories, and influence purchase decisions, delivering an authentic and professional sampling experience.

The role offers part-time hours, hourly pay of $25.00, and performance-based incentives. You’ll work at retail and grocery locations with periodic travel to nearby markets and events.

Qualifications

• Engage confidently with consumers in a public retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned event locations.
• Availability for evening and weekend assignments.
• Comfort using mobile apps and technology for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Required alcohol service certification for your state.

Responsibilities

• Start natural conversations with shoppers and recommend products.
• Tell compelling brand and product stories and create a welcoming tasting experience.
• Encourage purchase through confident, authentic engagement and report results.
• Use the HSP App and Portal to manage and report your work.
• Maintain a clean, organized sampling station and adhere to standards.
