Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Gretna, NE to bring the brand to life each day. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, and drive loyalty program participation while representing the brand with your real self.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork, while embracing AE policies and delivering friendly, energetic service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products and enjoy helping guests via the AEO Selling Model.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and uphold brand standards.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
