American Eagle Outfitters in Gretna, NE is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day and create an amazing shopping experience for guests.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. The role emphasizes energy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
