Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to boost product visibility and sales across assigned retail locations. The role emphasizes in-store relationships, assisted selling, product training, and brand advocacy to drive performance for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail/sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience engaging consumers and influencing purchases in-store.
• Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and promotions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client mandates.
• Comfort with mobile apps for reporting and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete company sales and product certifications.
• Desire for ongoing learning and sales training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store management to support in-store execution and sales goals.
• Grow sell-through and market share via direct consumer engagement, training, and influencing staff.
• Engage consumers in retail to present product features and benefits to drive purchases.
• Act as a brand ambassador during demos and promotions to boost awareness and loyalty.
• Convey program objectives and product knowledge to partners aligning with promotions.
• Identify consumer needs and recommend products to maximize sales and conversions.
• Spot upsell opportunities and arrange displays to improve visibility and performance.
