Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Part-time Retail Brand Representative to support multiple technology brands in a retail setting. You will educate customers, train store staff, and create engaging experiences that boost sales and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, demonstrating features, training associates, and representing client brands with professionalism. A performance bonus is available and travel to local stores may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Interest in technology and computing products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, retail associates, and store leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting product training sessions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between store locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales Support: engage customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner; identify needs; demonstrate product features; assist in purchasing decisions; promote complete solutions; deliver excellent service.
• Retail Employee Training & Development: train and educate retail associates on product features and selling strategies; conduct coaching sessions and product demonstrations; build relationships with store leadership.
• Brand Advocacy & Execution: represent multiple vendor partners with professionalism; keep current knowledge of computing products; ensure displays and merchandising standards; share marketplace insights and support events.
• Client Experience: deliver high-quality experiences and create excitement around products; represent client brands with integrity and passion.
