The role focuses on brand advocacy, merchandising, and proactive selling, with mileage reimbursement and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Part-time hours and field travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or field sales.
• Experience engaging directly with consumers in retail environments.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and promotional execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks across multiple brands.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting and time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store management and staff to support in-store execution and sales goals.
• Drive sell-through and market share through direct consumer engagement and upselling.
• Present product features and benefits to influence purchase decisions in-store.
• Act as a brand ambassador during demonstrations and promotions.
• Capture in-store observations, photos, and inventory data for client analytics.
• Represent multiple clients and coordinate workflow across brands.
