Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail or field sales, consumer marketing, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience engaging consumers and influencing purchasing decisions in retail.
• Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals and promotional execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules across brands.
• Comfort with mobile apps for reporting, photo capture, and time tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
• Willingness to complete company sales and product certification programs.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and sales training opportunities.
