Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning POS and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to assess needs.
• Recommend wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Promote and upsell Cricket products to meet sales targets.
• Stay current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to educate customers.
• Provide basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting.
• Explain billing procedures, account setup, and service options.
• Process transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support team to achieve store performance goals.
• Participate in training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Accept feedback and adapt to improve performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
