Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a retail sales environment that required meeting a defined sales goal
• Ability to meet goals with little supervision and take initiative
• Knowledge of beauty products to engage customer needs
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience
• Demonstrates product knowledge through demonstrations and Consultations in beauty and wellness
• Leads store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty across beauty, wellness, and personal care
• Maintains department standards, stock, hygiene, and a clean, organized environment
• Operates cash register and processes sales for customers and employees
• Complies with store policies and collaborates with leadership to meet goals
