Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and provide expert customer care in a fast-paced retail setting across its U.S. stores.

You will perform makeup demonstrations, skincare consultations, and mini-makeovers, guiding customers toward total look solutions and owned-brand opportunities. You’ll help maintain department standards, participate in omni-channel initiatives, and support promotions while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment with sales goals.
• Ability to engage customers and provide beauty/cosmetic guidance.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; adaptable to Puerto Rico exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers, greets and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrates makeup techniques and consultations with tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Builds relationships and supports omni-channel engagement.
