Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty and Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and expert beauty guidance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, identify needs, provide makeup demonstrations and skincare consultations, and promote Owned Brands.

You will also participate in in-store events, maintain department standards, and support sales goals while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a retail sales environment with sales goals
• Experience proactively selling beauty or cosmetic products and providing customer care
• Knowledge of products and brands to meet customer needs

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience
• Models and shares customer care best practices by proactively offering assistance and informing customers of options
• Greets, listens, and engages customers to identify needs and provide appropriate products and services
• Provides expertise in product demonstrations and consultations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablet
• Leads and delivers in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care
