Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales in the beauty department. You will greet customers, provide skincare consultations, and demonstrate products with a focus on the total in-store experience.

You will lead in-store events, assist with brand launches, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining department standards and compliance. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or beauty sales experience with sales goals.
• Experience proactively selling beauty or cosmetic products.
• Ability to deliver strong customer care and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide skincare or beauty consultations.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to customers.
• Maintain department cleanliness and proper product placement including testers.
