Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with sales goals or proactive selling of beauty products.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills within a team.
• Basic PC and tablet usage for store systems and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products/services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through consultations and demos.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Maintain department cleanliness, stock, and hygiene standards.
• Process sales at the register and participate in team meetings and trainings.
