Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year in retail sales or beauty/cosmetics with customer care responsibilities.
• Experience developing ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to meet customer needs.
• Experience building relationships within a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using in-store tools like skin assessment devices.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty across beauty, wellness, and personal care.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Process sales at the register and participate in promotions and trainings.
