Job summary

Sephora at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to coach a dynamic team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You will lead by example, drive performance, and foster an inclusive, high-energy store culture.

With at least two years of leadership in retail, you will train staff, manage daily operations, and support inventory and merchandising while ensuring adherence to Sephora standards.

Qualifications
