Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, recommend products and services, and inform about promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services/events.
• Stay informed about new/existing products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
