Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands across retailers in North America. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and boosting brand awareness.

You will travel within your territory, train store staff, and conduct interactive product demonstrations to drive in-store success. The position is part-time with a fluctuating schedule based on brand needs and travel distance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passion for the beauty industry and in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Weekend availability; valid driver's license and vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acheive sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
