Zusammenfassung

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in various retailers. You will drive sales, cultivate relationships, and build brand awareness in your assigned market.

You will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive, and the role is self-driven, results-oriented, with a passion for beauty. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity with a monthly schedule based on brand needs and travel distance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Set and achieve sales targets while representing brands.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
