Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Specialist to support client brands in beauty retailers across North America. This role focuses on achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships with store teams, and driving brand awareness through in-store activities.

The position is part-time and fluctuating, with scheduling varying monthly based on brand needs and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Available on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
