Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize sales of MAC cosmetics and skincare by engaging guests, assessing needs, and performing personalized makeup demonstrations. You will build guest relationships and contribute to brand goals while maintaining store standards.

Collaborating with the Experience Manager, you will support in-store events and promotions, stay informed on trends, and provide high-quality makeup artistry and customer service to Ulta Beauty guests.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent licensure where required.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Engage guests to determine needs and recommend products.
• Perform personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons.
