Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a MAC Specialty Artist to maximize sales of the MAC brand by engaging guests, guiding them to products, and maintaining store standards. You will represent Ulta Beauty and MAC, perform makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and promote brand initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge while supporting the Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge clearly to guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and a growing preferred guest list.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and skincare analyses to guests.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services.
• Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive MAC sales.
