Job summary

ARS, a national HVAC, plumbing and electrical services provider, seeks In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote services inside home improvement retailers in Mentor, OH. Roles are part-time and full-time with hourly pay plus UNCAPPED commission and incentives.

You will engage customers, educate them on HVAC solutions, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations. Training is provided and advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to engage customers in a store setting
• Comfortable acting as product consultant and lead-generation support

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
