American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and enjoy paid training, with flexible part-time and full-time schedules.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, educating them on HVAC solutions, and scheduling in-home consultations or service appointments. Weekend availability is preferred.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
