ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to engage shoppers in major home improvement retail locations. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and setting appointments for ARS home comfort solutions. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available in Aurora, CO.

This sales position offers uncapped commission on top of hourly pay, with paid training and a clear path into HVAC sales roles. Weekend shifts and some holidays are expected.
