American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This high-energy role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

We offer weekly pay with direct deposit, uncapped commissions on top of hourly pay, paid training, and clear career paths into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS services.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
