American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

Typical pay is $20-$23 per hour plus commission with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.
