Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Mebane, NC seeks a Seamstress/Tailor to support in-store alterations, including hemming jeans and pants, to ensure a superior guest experience.

You will perform quality alterations, follow guest specifications, and maintain an organized workspace while meeting deadlines. This part-time role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform alterations with accuracy and speed.
• Prior sewing or alteration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and inform leadership when supplies are needed
• Record alterations and workmanship in the alteration log
• Uphold Buckle policies and contribute to a positive team environment
