Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist in Macon, GA to ensure price accuracy, on-shelf availability, and optimal performance of electronic shelf tags and AI-powered in-stock cameras. You will own price accuracy, OSA, and in-stock execution across the store, supporting fast-paced guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining planogram integrity, verifying signage and promotions, conducting out-of-stock checks, and collaborating with teams to prepare for new items and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years coordinating teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and Captana systems function correctly.
• Serve as point person for AI-powered cameras for in-stock tracking.
• Conduct regular out-of-stock checks and take corrective action.
• Manage planogram execution and product placement accuracy.
• Own price accuracy across departments and verify signage.
• Support during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
• Validate deals and price changes for visible signage accuracy.
• Support pricing integrity through spot audits and discrepancy resolution.
