Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist to lead in-stock integrity, pricing accuracy, and the AI-powered shelf tag system across the store. You will own on-shelf availability and ensure signage and pricing reflect promotions, while upholding compliance.

In this role you’ll monitor planograms, assist with price changes, and cooperate with teams to keep operations running smoothly. A fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years coordinating teams.
• Strong attention to detail with fast-paced multitasking.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and Captana systems function correctly.
• Serve as the point person for AI-powered cameras for in-stock tracking.
• Conduct regular out-of-stock checks and take corrective action.
• Manage planogram execution and product placement accuracy.
• Own price accuracy across departments, ensuring signage and shelf tags reflect promotions.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Support front-end operations during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
• Validate deals and price changes for signage and shelf tags.
• Support pricing integrity processes by conducting spot audits and resolving discrepancies.
