Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist in Tallahassee, FL to lead in-stock integrity, price accuracy, and the performance of electronic shelf tags and AI-powered cameras. You will ensure availability, correct signage, and compliance during promotions while supporting fast-paced store operations and guest service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or related fields, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and systems function correctly.
• Serve as the point person for AI-powered cameras for in-stock tracking.
• Conduct regular out-of-stock checks and take corrective action.
• Manage planogram execution and product placement accuracy.
• Own price accuracy across departments and signage.
• Support during key item transitions and promotions.
• Assist front-end operations as cashier or in other areas.
• Validate deals and price changes for signage accuracy.
• Conduct spot audits to resolve pricing discrepancies.
