Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking an In Stock Specialist in Macon, GA to manage in-stock integrity, pricing accuracy, and the store’s AI-powered in-stock camera system. You will own price accuracy and on-shelf availability across departments, ensuring compliance during promotions and item transitions, while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate signage, planogram execution, and supporting peak operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Experience coordinating teams (1–2 years).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electronic shelf tags and Captana systems function correctly.
• Serve as the point person for AI-powered cameras for in-stock tracking.
• Conduct regular out-of-stock checks and take corrective actions.
• Manage planogram execution and product placement accuracy.
• Own price accuracy across departments; verify signage and displays.
• Play a key role in compliance during item transitions and promotions.
• Support front-end operations during peak times as cashier or in other areas.
• Validate deals, promotions, and price changes for signage and tags accuracy.
• Support pricing integrity via spot audits and discrepancy resolution.
