Job summary

University of Saint Joseph is seeking a Coordinator of Graduate Programs for Teachers in West Hartford, CT. The role supports the implementation, coordination, and daily operation of graduate programs for in-service teachers within the Department of Education.

You will manage program logistics, scheduling, student workflows, data collection, and instructional systems, while collaborating with faculty, advisors, and administrative staff to ensure timely program delivery and accreditation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Valid teaching certification is required.
• PK-12 experience or program coordination in higher education is required.
• Experience with graduate or cohort-based programs preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of graduate programs for practicing teachers.
• Maintain and develop course schedules, sequencing, and program progression.
• Coordinate cohort orientation, enrollment, and faculty scheduling.
• Support accreditation, assessment, and data reporting processes.
