Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced outlet manager to oversee a premium venue at a major event location in Mansfield, MA. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will lead frontline staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company policies during events.

You will coordinate opening/closing duties, supervise service standards, and work with other departments to deliver seamless hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must be able to generalize, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions as well as delegate and give direction.

THE ROLE

Under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium outlet. Supervisors provide leadership, direction, and guidance for all frontline outlet staff while upholding all company policies and procedures.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always.

• Ensures that all supplies are stocked as per set par levels, all work areas and outlets are clean, and frontline staff are conducting themselves in a professional manner.
• Efficiently and accurately completes required paperwork.
• Always maintains a leadership presence in the dining room, bar, and kitchens.
• Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
• Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• POS experience preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

pay rate: $18-$22 per hour
