Role

Under the direction of the General Manager, this role is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium outlet. The supervisor provides leadership, direction, and guidance for all frontline outlet staff while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Report for scheduled events on time and to the assigned area in a timely manner.
• Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management.
• Ensure frontline staff complete assigned duties to the quality mandated by company standards.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain supplies at par levels and keep all work areas and outlets clean.
• Accurately complete required paperwork.
• Maintain leadership presence in the dining room, bar, and kitchens.
• Collaborate with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
• Perform tasks assigned by management.
• Practice safe work habits, follow safety policies and procedures, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific training.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Restaurant experience required; orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• POS experience preferred.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must maintain positive body language and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must generalize, evaluate, and make decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must accept and carry out responsibility for directions as well as delegate and give direction.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Willing to work hours that vary according to the event schedule.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Pay rate: $18–$22 per hour.
