Levy Sector at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, energetic event-based part-time Food & Beverage Runner to join our Premium In-Seat team.

Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages to Platinum seat guests during Mavericks and Stars games, with shift lengths of about 3–4 hours. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior hospitality experience; TABC and ServSafe certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, stadiums/arenas, clubs, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Previous premium hospitality or event venue experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Build runner bucket at the start of the shift.
• Deliver individually ordered items to Platinum seat guests (food).
• Deliver individually ordered items to Platinum seat guests (beverage).
• In Seat is open only for Mavs & Stars games; card guests for alcohol; offer napkins, condiments, and straws as needed.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Food & Beverage Runner to join our Premium In-Seat team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for building runner bucket at the start of the shift
• Food runners - responsible for delivering individually ordered items to Platinum seat guests
  • Guests located throughout 1 level (Platinum)
  • Food runners are responsible for offering napkins and condiments to guests when delivering food
• Beverage runners - responsible for delivering individually order items to Platinum seat guests
• In Seat is ONLY open for Mavs & Stars games
  • All guests must be carded if delivering alcohol
  • Beverage runners are responsible for offering straws when delivering beverages
    • Average shift length for In Seat F/B Runner: 3-4 hours
    • Uniform for In Seat runner: black non-slip shoes, black slacks, black AAC logo polo (provided), black two-pocket apron (provided)
    • Payout: hourly rate + mobile order gratuities tip pool

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to bend, lift, or carry 50lbs or more.
