Job summary

Levy, the exclusive food, beverage, and retail partner at American Airlines Center in Dallas, seeks an event-based, part-time In-Seat Food & Beverage Runner to deliver orders to luxury suites and premium dining areas with outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages to Platinum seats, building the runner bucket, and ensuring guests receive napkins and condiments while events take place during Mavericks/Stars games and other events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, stadiums/arenas, clubs, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Previous premium hospitality or event venue experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Food & Beverage Runner to join ourPremium In-Seat team. This event-based, part-time position is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to luxury suites, restaurants, and premium dining areas while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsible for building runner bucket at the start of the shift

Food runners - responsible for delivering individually ordered items to Platinum seat guests

Guests located throughout 1 level (Platinum)

Food runners are responsible for offering napkins and condiments to guests when delivering food

Beverage runners - responsible for delivering individually order items to Platinum seat guests

In Seat is ONLY open for Mavs & Stars games

All guests must be carded if delivering alcohol

Beverage runners are responsible for offering straws when delivering beverages

Average shift length for In Seat F/B Runner: 3-4 hours

Uniform for In Seat runner: black non-slip shoes, black slacks, black AAC logo polo (provided), black two-pocket apron (provided)

Payout: hourly rate + mobile order gratuities tip pool

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, lift, or carry 50lbs or more.
