Gateway CSB PEO LLC is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist for the Georgia Apex Program, delivering school-based mental health services in Chatham County Public Schools. The role involves therapy with children and teens, intake, assessment, and treatment planning in collaboration with school staff.

Responsibilities include individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based approaches, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field.
• Georgia licensure as LMFT/LPC/LCSW preferred or license eligibility if not yet licensed.
• Commitment to confidential, ethical practice and school-based mental health services.

Responsabilités

• Provide school-based mental health therapy to children and adolescents.
• Conduct intake, screening, assessment and referral as appropriate.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans with goals and updates.
• Deliver individual, family and/or group counseling using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards and timelines.
• Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Schedule and organize appointments for caseload and participate in community activities as needed.
