• Provides assessments, individual, family, crisis, and group counseling per treatment plans.
• Maintains collaborative service environment in the community.
• Coordinates with DFCS, School, DJJ, Juvenile court for continuity of care.
• Delivers billable direct services in school settings.
• Attends required trainings and completes paperwork per policy.
• Manages caseload and ensures charting is up to date.
