Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Services and 2 years of experience in the field.
• Active Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred; 2+ years in mental health or human services with behaviorally complex children.

Responsibilities

• Provides close supervision to students in the In School Intervention Center (ISIC).
• Implements SEL curriculum and provides individual/group instruction.
• Provides academic assistance for ISIC students.
• Addresses needs of students with IEPs, 504s, or Behavior Plans.
• Analyzes student data reports and progress.
• Builds relationships with students, staff, parents, and community agencies.
• Reintegrates students into the classroom after ISIC assignment.
• Serves as liaison between students, families, CMS schools, and community programs.
