Gold Vine ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA for our Hinesville, GA clinic. You will oversee clinical programs, mentor RBTs, and maintain a balanced caseload while ensuring high-quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, structured supervision, and on-site leadership within a family-owned, clinician-led setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Ability to work part-time in person at our Hinesville, Georgia clinic.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, case oversight, and training to RBTs.
• Review clinical data and update programming based on client progress.
• Run parent training sessions and maintain precise documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a part-time BCBA, you will have clinical autonomy over your assigned caseload, guiding behavioral programming and mentoring a passionate team.

• Conduct behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide high-quality, in-person supervision, case oversight, and hands-on training to RBTs.


• Review clinical data, update programming based on client progress, and run collaborative parent training sessions.


• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and clinic standards.


• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate for your schedule.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.


• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.


• Ability to work part-time in person at our Hinesville, Georgia clinic.


• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.


• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred

• Experience conducting assessments and developing clinic-based treatment plans.


• Experience supervising RBTs or mentoring student analysts.
