Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in special and alternative education settings. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized behavioral services and monitor progress through data collection.

You will observe, assess, and analyze data, develop behavior plans, and present findings to educational teams. Opportunities exist to supervise RBT/BCBA trainees, aligning with SESI’s mission to help learners

Qualifications

ABA program enrolled or graduated and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
Experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
Facilitate family engagement and communications with parents and guardians.
Collaborate with external partners to provide support to students, families, and staff.
Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments to increase student success.
Write ABA reports and develop behavior program implementations in the school environment.
Participate in IEP meetings and team presentations.
