Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a BCBA to collaborate with teachers and school teams to deliver individualized behavioral support to students. You will monitor progress, collect data, and implement evidence-based behavior plans in partnership with families and staff.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and must be eligible for the BCBA exam. This full-time position offers growth and potential supervision of RBT/BCBA Trainees.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and communicate with parents.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments as needed.
• Write ABA reports based on observations and recommendations.
• Create and model behavior programs for the school environment.
• Develop materials like visual schedules and social stories.
• Support data collection to monitor student progress.
• Help develop behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral concerns.
• Review data and provide follow-up consultation and modifications as needed.
• Identify behavioral difficulties impacting attendance, academics, and achievement.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences.
• Contribute to presentations on ABA techniques to the educational team.
• Opportunity to supervise RBT, BCBA, and BCBA Trainees.
