Job summary

Hireology seeks an In Room Server to join our hotel team in Naples, FL. The role focuses on guest service, dining area setup, and timely delivery of in-room orders and amenities.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining accurate messages, and communicating guest feedback to supervisors. A neat appearance and adherence to the handbook are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Courteous phone skills and ability to take accurate messages are required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for in-room guests.
• Prepare trays and deliver all orders with attention to detail.
• Collect carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders and complete tray runs.
• Deliver amenities prior to guest check-in.
• Open and close side work to prepare for the day and set up the next shift.
• Process payments and ensure correct information.
• Communicate complaints or compliments to supervisor.
• Follow company rules as defined in the handbook.
• Wear the uniform provided by policy.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders for in room guests
• Prepare trays in detail to deliver all orders
• Collect all carts/trays/plates/silverware/glassware from previous orders. Tray runs must be done in detail multiple times per shift
• Deliver all amenities prior to check-in
• Opening side work to prepare for the day
• Closing side work to set the next shift up for success
• Process all payments ensuring correct information
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
