Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking an In Room Dining Sweeper to support our award-winning Food & Beverage team. You will assist in room service setup and service, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires physical movement, including carrying trays up to 40 lbs, and TB clearance. The schedule is casual and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within Four Seasons' renowned hospitality culture.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and set-up room service tray tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner according to Four Seasons Standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.

In Room Dining Sweeper

Serve guest needs by assisting the Room Service Server, tray table removal, setting/cleaning/clearing/bussing room service tables, and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the In Room Dining Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Clear, clean and set-up room service tray tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service; ensure that guest corridors and service landings are free from tray tables and debris.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
