Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a part-time Banquet House Attendant to set up, break down, and maintain banquet spaces. You will handle tables, chairs, props, and ensure supplies are stocked and spaces kept clean for events, reporting to the Banquet Management Team.

Candidate must have at least one year in food service, follow detailed setup instructions, and possess a valid driver's license. This role offers evenings, weekends and holidays and an hourly rate of $24.75.

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room setup.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.

Banquet House Attendant

Set-up and clearing of china, glass, silver, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions as well as attend to guest needs and requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Banquet Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
