Loews New Orleans Hotel in the Warehouse District seeks a warm, detail-oriented Room Service Delivery Attendant. You’ll deliver meals and amenities to guest rooms with accuracy, greet guests, explain orders, and uphold presentation standards.

Work with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery, maintain cleanliness, and follow sanitation guidelines. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly to guest rooms.
• Set up trays and in-room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests, explain orders, and respond professionally.
• Ensure orders meet presentation standards and address guest questions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Regular attendance and varying schedules as needed.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
