Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Ravello Cook 3 to join our breakfast and Italian restaurant team. The role focuses on cold items, with cross-training in other outlets; you will work as a breakfast short-order cook preparing hot items quickly and with high quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of culinary experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment.

The Opportunity :

Who We Look For :

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello with 1 year of culinary experience.

Responsibilities :

• Primarily work with cold items, and overall preparation organization
• Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station ( I.e meat temperatures, cooking eggs , chicken, sausage, and bacon in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, and organized workstation
• Mainly work as a breakfast 'short-order' cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner
• Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Attention to detail, good communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
• Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
• At least 1 year of culinary experience
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, a nd peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
