Job summary

The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time PM server to bring a luxurious in-room dining experience to our guests. You will communicate orders clearly, set up tables and trays, and ensure service standards are met throughout service.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write).
Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.
Ability to follow hotel service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

Take and communicate orders from guests and respond to special requests.
Set tables and trays according to the type of food ordered and service standards.
Record, pre-check and pickup all food and beverage orders; serve promptly.
Present checks to guests and complete payment process.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, recipes and service style.
Stand for long periods and lift trays, with potential pushing/pulling and bending.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
